If coming into the office isn’t possible, we can visit you at home. Home visits are available within 3km and offer another way to access support in a setting that may feel more comfortable for you.

Tai Chi
Tuesday Evenings 6pm - 7pm (Bookings Essential)
1 hour group class to support posture, reduce tension, and strengthen muscles and tendons.
Tai Chi is most commonly used to unite the body and mind. It often assists to facilitate the actions of acupuncture and other Chinese medicine modalities.
Your physical and mental strength are two vital elements in this journey.
We use a holistic stepped approach, so you can return to your peak performance.
$15 for a 1 hour group class.
Prepaid Package Terms & Conditions
We offer discounted packages of 5 or 10 consultations for your ongoing care. Choosing a package is entirely voluntary and based on your clinical needs.
Validity & Use: Packages are purchased at a genuine promotional discount compared to standard casual rates. They are valid for 12 months from purchase, are non-transferable between patients, and any unused credits will expire after this period.
Health Funds: Rebates may apply to individual sessions. Please check your specific eligibility and limits with your insurer prior to purchase.
Pricing: Discounted rates only apply while active package credit remains. Once exhausted or expired, future appointments return to standard pricing.
Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to alter future package pricing or promotions at any time. Existing, paid packages will always be honoured at the rate purchased.
Refund Policy & Calculations
Unused package fees can be refunded upon request within 12 months of purchase. Because discounts are volume-based, completed sessions will be retroactively calculated at the correct pricing tier:
Fewer than 5 sessions used: Completed sessions are charged at our standard single rate of $95 each.
5 or more sessions used: Completed sessions are charged at the 5-pack rate ($425), with any additional single sessions charged at $95.
Example: If you buy a 10-pack ($800) but request a refund after 6 sessions, we deduct a 5-pack ($425) plus one single session ($95), totalling $520. Your refund is $280.
Clinical Suitability: To ensure your safety, care is subject to clinical assessment and only provided where indicated. If a practitioner determines further treatment is no longer safe or appropriate for your condition, a straightforward pro-rata refund will be issued for remaining sessions based on the package rate paid
HEALTH FUND REBATES
Rebates for acupuncture and Chinese herbal services may be claimed from all major health funds including Medibank Private and Bupa. Below is a list of our participating providers. Our clinic is equipped with a HICAPS terminal which allows for on the spot claims with most health funds. The amount rebated depends on your health fund and level of cover.

WORKCOVER
If you are unable to work due to a work related injury, you may be able to receive acupuncture as an approved treatment under WorkCover. To access this you will need a medical referral, your WorkCover claim number and approval from your case manager.
